After receiving my degree, I began working as an information technology (IT) professional. Despite the fact that I had spent many years working in a position of responsibility, I was unable to find fulfilment in my profession. Despite the fact that I had experienced a lot of new things in my life, each day was the same. There came a moment of realization one day, and ever since then, my days are not the same as they used to be. When I first started meditating, everything changed quite drastically, almost as if by magic. This was true not only in terms of my wardrobe but also in terms of my ideas and my vision as well.
I have had this burning desire to make a positive impact on our planet and society ever since I was a young child; however, I had no idea what I could do or how to do it. Following my awakening, I came to the realization that I was capable of initiating a project at the grassroots level and making a difference in the lives of people at the grassroots level. The Maha Adiyogi Foundation was established as a direct result of this line of thinking and the inspiration it sparked.
When we first set out on a journey, we don’t always immediately have our final goal in mind. Even though there isn’t a predetermined route for us to take, there aren’t any pathways for us to follow, and there isn’t anyone else walking with us, we continue to move forward one step at a time. We push forward because we are resolute in our goal of reaching the destination that we had in mind. When that goal’s influence isn’t just felt by one individual but by a large number of people, the scope of that goal’s circle of influence expands. When we reach this point in the process, we shift our mental focus from “ME” to “WE.”
Sometimes you set a mountain for yourself to climb, not just to do something significant but also to establish a goal, and with an excited determination, you come to the realization that ‘I can do it.’ Even though the road you take is challenging, each decision you make is an important building block on the road to personal development and professional achievement. It is not a destination in and of itself, but rather an ongoing journey.
Assisting another person in achieving their own self-identity, self-respect, and self-achievements are all achievements in and of themselves, but helping someone achieve these things for themselves is a success in and of itself. When we talk about the empowerment of women, for instance, “we” question how we might support women to attain the goals that they have set for themselves. We explain to her that her own internal resources are the source of her resilience, love, and tranquilly. She is able to build the capacity to take personal responsibility for her own happiness and to tap into her potential when we share words of motivation and resources that stimulate learning and progress. She is able to improve her self-assurance and continue developing her capacity to become an effective problem-solver and provider of solutions.
